The Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality support services to people in need. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and flexible, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support.
Some key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing direct support to individuals in their daily lives, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve agreed goals and outcomes.
- Contributing to the development of person-centred plans and risk assessments.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of service user information.
Salary and Benefits
This is a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour, paid on a weekly basis. You will also enjoy access to a range of benefits, including opportunities for training and professional development, a supportive and inclusive work environment, and the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
Requirements and Qualifications
