About the Role


At Ad Warrior, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Enabling Support Worker to join our team.



The Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality support services to people in need. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.



The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and flexible, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support.



Some key responsibilities of this role include:



  • Providing direct support to individuals in their daily lives, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve agreed goals and outcomes.
  • Contributing to the development of person-centred plans and risk assessments.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of service user information.


Salary and Benefits

Requirements and Qualifications



To be considered for this role, you will need to possess a relevant qualification in a field such as social work, healthcare, or education. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.



In addition, you will need to demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support, as well as a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.



Location and Working Hours



This role is based in Cirencester and involves working 22 hours per week. You will need to be available to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and may be required to travel to different locations as part of your duties.
