Job Title: Learning Support Specialist

Cirencester College is seeking an innovative and forward-thinking support worker to join our thriving community.

As a Learning Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality support for individuals or groups of learners in class/out of class and in workshop situations, working closely with teaching teams and learning support to ensure effective liaison and communication.

Key responsibilities include providing liaison between teaching teams and learning support, working effectively as part of the team, liaising, advising and consulting with teaching and non-teaching staff as appropriate.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a level of general education, including GCSE English and Maths Grade 4/C or above. A competitive salary is on offer, estimated at £28,000-£38,000 per annum.
