At JAM Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Compensation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in advising business leaders on reward equity and bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with previous reward or employment tax experience gained within a corporate or consulting environment. Additional global mobility, compensation, and taxation experience is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on reward equity and bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance.
  • Offer global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, particularly for internationally mobile individuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services, leveraging technology for such work.
  • Prepare global payroll reports to ensure clients meet their reporting and withholding obligations on long-term incentive awards for internationally mobile individuals, such as RSUs, share options, and cash bonuses.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
