This is a senior leadership role ensuring that Genpact experiences growth in priority and hunting accounts. You will be partnering with client partners and sales leaders to originate large / strategic deals. This position will be aligned across Genpact's verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the large deal champion for the chosen business unit, establishing a clear strategy for large deal origination across current and target accounts.

Consistently originate large deals ($50M+ TCV) by positioning Genpact's offerings.

Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities to meet the unit target for large deals.

Serve as the large deal advisor to Genpact's internal team, helping to position our value proposition successfully.

Effectively construct and tell a compelling and clear story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations.

Serve as a trusted advisor to Genpact's largest clients across verticals, providing guidance and thought leadership on current business issues facing C-level executives.

Work with advisory and PE firms to cultivate channel / advisory relationships and originate large deals.

Leverage existing executive level relationships to enhance Genpact's brand.

Develop and communicate a strategic sales plan and strategy to achieve assigned goals.

Qualifications:

Significant experience in selling large multi-line deals across various industries.

Track record of originating $50M+ in total contract value.

Consulting / advisor background preferred.

Experienced in collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in business development, relationship management, and competency building scenarios.

Global experience/mindset.

Outstanding communication skills.

Ability to influence C-level clients.
