Senior Leadership Role for Large Deal Origination

Genpact is seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth in priority and hunting accounts as a Senior Leadership Role for Large Deal Origination. This strategic position will ensure the company experiences significant growth in large deals.
Key Responsibilities- Large Deal Champion: Establish a clear strategy for large deal origination across current and target accounts.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities to meet the unit target for large deals.
- Advisor Role: Serve as the large deal advisor to Genpact's internal team and help position our value proposition successfully.
- Executive Relationships: Leverage existing executive-level relationships to enhance Genpact's brand.
- Origination Track Record: Track record of originating $50M+ in total contract value.
- Collaboration: Experienced in collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in business development, relationship management, and competency building scenarios.
- Education: MBA or advanced degree in related field (preferred).
