As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing direct patient care while maintaining the privacy and dignity of patients. You will be responsible for carrying out assigned tasks, including supporting patients with continence needs, meeting nutrition and hydration needs, and moving and handling patients to support independence.

We are looking for individuals who possess effective communication skills, basic IT skills, and a caring and compassionate nature. Previous experience as a Healthcare Support Worker is desirable, but not essential. Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the role of the Healthcare Support Worker in the hospital setting.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a functional level of English and math, as well as customer service or experience working with people. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will also be required.
