About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our specialist housing team at Platform Housing Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Ensure that all communal areas, facilities, and equipment are well-maintained and clean to the highest standard.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Event Support: Assist with the delivery of events and activities within our villages, working closely with colleagues and residents to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Reporting and Administration: Accurately report any maintenance issues or concerns to the relevant teams, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of health and safety procedures, including COSHH and the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-focused approach, with the ability to show empathy and understanding towards our residents.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to work closely with colleagues and residents.
