We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sewell Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Routine Maintenance: Carry out regular checks and maintenance on commercial heating and plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and effectively.
- Respond to Emergencies: Respond to emergency callouts and carry out repairs to ensure minimal disruption to our clients.
- Coordinate with Contractors: Coordinate with external contractors as required to meet the needs of the business and role.
- Identify and Report Defects: Identify, report, and repair defects to ensure maintenance standards are met.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a maintained and legally compliant property portfolio.
- Essential Qualifications: Full driving license, valid in the UK, and valid domestic and commercial gas qualifications.
- Desirable Qualifications: F-Gas certification, fault finding and maintenance experience in heating systems, including BMS, and experience with air handling and fan coil units.
