Biodiversity Conservation Manager

The Heart of England Forest is committed to protecting and preserving our natural environment. As a Biodiversity Conservation Manager, you will lead our efforts to conserve and enhance biodiversity across our forest estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement conservation strategies to protect and enhance biodiversity
  • Lead teams of staff and volunteers in conducting wildlife surveys and monitoring programmes
  • Collaborate with external partners to promote conservation best practices and share knowledge

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Conservation Biology, Ecology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in conservation management and leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
