About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Biodiversity Officer to join our team at The Heart of England Forest. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in enhancing biodiversity across our portfolio in Worcestershire and Warwickshire.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in conservation biology and a proven track record in sustainable forest management. You will be responsible for leading wildlife surveys and long-term monitoring initiatives, collaborating with staff, volunteers, and local experts to achieve organisational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement biodiversity strategies to enhance the organisation's portfolio
