Conservation Projects Coordinator

**Job Description:**
The Estates Assets Officer will play a crucial role in the management of the Churches Conservation Trust's assets, ensuring their preservation and effective utilization. Key aspects of this position include asset management, reporting, and meeting the requirements specified below.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Management: Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of heritage assets located throughout England.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document and report on asset performance.
**Requirements:
- Fully qualified driver: Possession of a full driving license is necessary for site visits.
- Independent Work: You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
**Compensation Package:
- Salary: £31,203 - £35,000 pro rata per annum, including additional benefits such as pension and allowances.
- Part-time Schedule: The role involves working 28.8 hours net per week (4 days), with the flexibility to work from home and travel within England.
