Community Accommodation Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Community Accommodation Manager to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd in Staines, UK. In this vital role, you will oversee the delivery of accommodation services, ensuring vulnerable members of the community receive the necessary support.

The estimated hourly rate for this position is £18.00 (PAYE), based on 35 hours per week. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading regular patch visits across Westminster to assess needs and develop targeted housing solutions.
  • Strategically managing Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases, safeguarding resident safety and well-being.
  • Coordinating closely with local authorities, outreach teams, and housing providers to secure comprehensive support services.
  • Designing and implementing effective support plans to promote independence and security.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to performance targets.

For this leadership role, we seek:

  • Significant experience in a senior capacity within social housing or support environments.
  • Exceptional skills in supporting rough sleepers and vulnerable adults in high-pressure situations.
  • A full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle for frequent travel across Westminster.
