Job Title: Quality Manager
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role
The Quality Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality construction across all project stages. This involves working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and design teams to uphold Dandara's standards. The successful candidate will support, train, and develop construction teams to ensure quality compliance, from first fix through to handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with project-specific designs and specifications, with documentary evidence to support this.
- Create and deliver training documents and sessions for site teams to maintain QA compliance.
- Conduct inspections and support site-based staff in identifying and resolving quality risks.
- Produce regular quality reports and recommend improvements.
- Assist construction teams in apartment handover inspections before Practical Completion.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in Production/Construction Management within the building industry.
- Detailed knowledge of construction trades, building standards, and warranty provider requirements.
- Proven experience in quality inspections within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction digital systems such as Asite Field, Field View, or SnagR (preferred).
- Excellent communication and management skills, with the ability to develop trusting relationships internally and externally.
