Job Title: Quality Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role
The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality construction across all project stages. This involves collaborating with site teams, subcontractors, and design teams to uphold Dandara's standards. The successful candidate will also support, train, and develop construction teams to ensure quality compliance, from first fix through to handover. Additionally, they will conduct inspections, produce regular quality reports, and recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with project-specific designs and specifications.
- Creating and delivering training documents and sessions for site teams.
- Conducting inspections and supporting site-based staff in identifying and resolving quality risks.
- Producing regular quality reports and recommending improvements.
- Assisting construction teams in apartment handover inspections before Practical Completion.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in Production/Construction Management within the building industry.
- Detailed knowledge of construction trades, building standards, and warranty provider requirements.
- Proven experience in quality inspections within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction digital systems such as Asite Field, Field View, or SnagR (preferred).
- Excellent communication and management skills, with the ability to develop trusting relationships internally and externally.
