Job Description

As an Internal Fit Out Site Manager, you will oversee the timely delivery of high-quality units, ensuring adherence to our Quality Assurance (QA) procedures. You will work closely with other site managers, the M&E Manager, and report directly to the Project Director. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing health, safety, and environmental issues across the site
  • Ensuring compliance with company QA procedures
  • Communicating with various departments and chairing site progress meetings
  • Identifying and addressing potential problems impacting the project timeline
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and building methods
  • Relevant certifications, such as SMSTS, First Aid, and Scaffold Appreciation
