Job DescriptionAs an Internal Fit Out Site Manager, you will oversee the timely delivery of high-quality units, ensuring adherence to our Quality Assurance (QA) procedures. You will work closely with other site managers, the M&E Manager, and report directly to the Project Director. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing health, safety, and environmental issues across the site
- Ensuring compliance with company QA procedures
- Communicating with various departments and chairing site progress meetings
- Identifying and addressing potential problems impacting the project timeline
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and building methods
- Relevant certifications, such as SMSTS, First Aid, and Scaffold Appreciation
