The role involves working collaboratively with the Area Healthy Communities Manager to develop and implement effective Community Health and Wellbeing plans. You'll be responsible for ensuring programmes/projects are on budget and adhere to best practices and organisational standards. Additionally, you'll manage a team that delivers a range of key programmes such as Exercise Referral, Cardiac Rehab, Falls Prevention, Community Outreach, Wellbeing Walks and other health interventions. Your experience in delivery & analysis of health projects/programmes will enable you to measure outcomes and make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience in a similar role and be proficient in MS tools.
