Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the community scheme, ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and wellbeing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to deliver effective services.
- Assist with viewings, assessments, and tenancy sign-ups, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage low-level complaints and anti-social behaviour cases, working closely with the Housing Team.
- Conduct regular inspections and monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in community development or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with welfare benefits and housing legislation.
- A valid driving license (for business use).
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
- 25 days' annual leave (plus Bank Holidays), increasing to 28 days after three years' service.
- A contributory pension scheme.
- Flexible working arrangements.
