Senior Team Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Team Manager to join our team in Staines, United Kingdom. As a Senior Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring targets are met.

- Conflict Resolution and Culture: Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive team culture, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and management skills.
