Crime Prevention and Community Liaison Specialists

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to members of the public visiting our police stations
- Responding to enquiries and incidents reported by the public
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of our policing services
Key responsibilities include:
- IT skills: demonstrable experience using Windows-based packages
- Responsibility: overseeing the opening and closing of the police counter at published times
- Customer Service: excellent communication skills with internal and external customers, including high-ranking police officers
Salary: £27,545 - £31,285 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance) depending on experience and qualifications.
This is a full-time permanent position with 36 hours per week, offering a generous annual leave allowance and contributory pension scheme.
