Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Express Solutions Group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with experience in managing operational staff and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves creating RAMS for commercial and domestic jobs, foreseeing potential risks on site, and maintaining accurate records of incidents and accidents.
A key aspect of this role is working closely with our Doncaster office, conducting site inspections, and creating training plans for operational staff. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this position, as well as intermediate IT skills and a flexible approach to work.
Salary: From £50,000.00 per year.
