Coordinating Installation Specialist

As an Installation Team Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- • Providing exceptional customer service by promptly assisting with any queries or concerns.
- • Coordinating installation teams, trades, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
- • Monitoring and tracking appointment schedules and installation plans to ensure deadlines are met.
- • Maintaining accurate records of project details related to installations.
- • Resolving operational issues efficiently to minimize disruptions.
- • Processing purchase orders and reconciling invoices.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required, and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
Our company offers a competitive salary, estimated at £25,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 31 days holiday, increasing to 33 days after 2 years of service, group well-being schemes, and opportunities for career growth and development.
