The Role

This exciting opportunity supports the CIO office with discretion and confidentiality. As an Executive Assistant, your focus will be:

  • Coordinating activities for the CIO's office, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear information through various methods.
  • Organising events such as Hackathons, Lunch & Learns, and guest speaker sessions, while collaborating with third parties on cross-collaboration initiatives.
  • Taking ownership of improving the sense of Global Community, exploring new collaboration and communication ideas.
  • Ensuring well-organised and prioritised CIO activities, with timely completion of tasks.
  • Providing regular reporting and business insights to support the CIO's decision-making process.
  • Managing complex executive meetings, travel arrangements, and visa requirements.
  • Compiling expense reports and maintaining accurate data using database applications.
  • Setting up processes to enhance efficiency in the central support IT team, generating internal reporting and collaboration requirements.
  • Supporting the CIO in quarterly reviews, objective setting, and regular feedback.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A proactive attitude, creativity, resilience, and resourcefulness.
  • Strong PA experience at C-suite level, with excellent 0365 skills and collaboration tool expertise.
  • Ability to present PowerPoint presentations within Brand guidelines.
  • Good prioritisation and organisational skills, with attention to detail.

Earning Potential

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 per annum, considering the location and responsibilities. However, this figure may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
