Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to spearhead our fire protection business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key Tasks:
  • Manage the negotiation and execution of contracts from start to finish.
  • B uild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress closely, promptly addressing any challenges or risks that may arise and implementing efficient solutions to ensure project success.
  • Promote compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, preferably in the fire protection or construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure.
  • Familiarity with fire protection systems and industry standards is a plus.

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is £59,000, inclusive of a competitive remuneration package.
