About the Opportunity

Atrium Hotel Heathrow is seeking a dedicated Night Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences during the night hours.

Job Summary

As Night Manager, you will report to the Rooms Division Manager and work closely with the reception team to ensure seamless operations. We are looking for someone with a 4-star hotel background who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure guests' needs are met from check-in to check-out and throughout their stay
  • Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with hotel standards
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to fulfill guest requests promptly
  • Familiarize yourself with promotions and upsell hotel services
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with guests
  • Conduct cashiering duties as needed and balance daily financial transactions
  • Communicate effectively with guests and handle any incoming communications promptly
  • Manage guest parking services and associated charges
Requirements
  • Be able to manage and train a medium-sized team
  • Have an honest interest in hospitality and a hotel business/hospitality-based degree
  • Be passionate and excel in customer service
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be IT-friendly and comfortable with administrative tasks
  • It would be an advantage if you have previous experience of carrying out the duty manager function within an Opera system
  • Experience working with hotels near airports in a similar role would be an advantage
