Atrium Hotel Heathrow is seeking a dedicated Night Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our hotel during night hours. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Job Summary

The Night Manager will report to the Rooms Division Manager and work alongside the reception team to provide outstanding customer service. We are looking for someone with a 4-star hotel background who is used to working in a highly pressurized environment and can multi-task.

Duties

  • Ensure guests' needs are met from check-in to check-out and throughout their stay
  • Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with hotel standards
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to fulfill guest requests promptly
  • Familiarize yourself with promotions and upsell hotel services
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with guests
  • Conduct cashiering duties as needed and balance daily financial transactions
  • Communicate effectively with guests and handle any incoming communications promptly
  • Manage guest parking services and associated charges

Requirements

  • Be able to manage and train a medium-sized team
  • Have an honest interest in hospitality and a hotel business/hospitality-based degree
  • Be passionate and excel in customer service
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be IT-friendly and comfortable with administrative tasks
