Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Deliver person-centered care and support to clients with complex needs, including those with dementia or physical disabilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments to ensure client safety and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care and support is highly desirable, but not necessary if you have transferable skills.
  • You must be able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • A full driving license is not required, but it is desirable.

  • A competitive salary of £12 per hour (weekdays) and £12.50 per hour (weekends), plus 28p mileage.
