Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Carer to join our team. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating high-quality care that meets the individual needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assess and understand the needs and preferences of each resident
- To develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to their unique requirements
- To deliver high-quality care that promotes dignity, respect, and independence
- To maintain accurate records of resident interactions and care plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare or social care
- Experience working in a residential care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
