About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrator to join our team at Haxby Group in Scarborough. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Management and Partnership team with the delivery of a professional HR service.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment administration, including collating application forms, sending out interview offers, and preparing for interviews.
- Interviews, ensuring to adhere to organizational policies and best practice.
- Pre-employment checks, including Occupational Health, Disclosure Barring Service clearance, and professional registration.
- Employee life cycle, including responding to flexible working requests and assisting with the employee departure process.
- Providing cover for the HR Managers, including a reception service and answering telephone enquiries.
- Assisting with various workforce reports and databases.
- Providing HR advice and support to Managers and employees in line with business policy and procedures.

Requirements
