The role involves:



  • Assisting with data input using our HR system, People XD
  • Maintaining accurate personnel records on the HR system
  • Acknowledging and acting on general payroll support to the Payroll Administrator
  • Presenting concise information to HR personnel as required
  • Supporting recruitment drives by collating CVs, preparing documentation, and assisting with interviews
  • Upkeeping information streams within the company, including TV communications and notice boards
  • Assisting with the design of posters, newsletters, and HR media information for engagement initiatives
  • Responding to ad hoc queries from employees in other departments
  • Assisting with absence statistics, sickness monitoring, and counselling record keeping

    • CIPD Level 3 (working towards/ to undertake)
    • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualification
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Advanced Excel skills would be an advantage
    • Methodical and logical approach to tasks
