Job Description
We are looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to join our team, supporting the provision of a workforce information service through the timely production and retrieval of workforce reports/data. The successful candidate will maintain data quality on the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system, ensuring information is up-to-date and relevant. Additionally, you will respond to enquiries relating to workforce information and associated employee terms and conditions of service, providing basic HR advice.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, with the ability to establish relationships with managers, teams, or external organizations such as Occupational Health, payroll providers, NHS jobs, and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
