Job Role: HR Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in implementing systems and processes, working on projects, and providing administrative support to line managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team in implementing new systems and processes
- Work on projects to improve HR services and support
- Provide administrative support to line managers
- Assist in recruitment and selection
- Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth HR services
Requirements:
- Experience working in a HR department
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Knowledge of employee relations
- CIPD level 3 or above (desirable)
