HR Administrator

Hours for this role are 8:45am - 5pm Monday to Friday
**Key Responsibilities**:
- As a HR Administrator, you will assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire orientation and on-boarding activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Manage employee time off requests and attendance tracking
- Provide support for employee relations issues and assist with conflict resolution
- The HR Administrator will assist with HR compliance activities, including maintaining employee handbooks and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Support training and development initiatives for employees
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as needed
- Other HR and administrative duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in HR or related administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
