An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Britten-Norman. We are now recruiting for a Recruitment and HR Coordinator to join our busy HR team. Based at our Lee-on-the-Solent site you will have the opportunity to travel to other Hampshire sites and build relationships with all of our teams across the business.

This role will be the first point of contact for the HR department allowing you to be involved with all the processes we provide for our staff. You will provide a high level of administrative support to the HR team and help us to coordinate our activities throughout the business by proactively communicating with other departments and following our established procedures. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the recruitment function and support line managers to deliver 360-degree recruitment service in an internal recruitment environment.

**Primary Tasks**

Main tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Being the first point of contact for all HR related matters
- Monitoring HR inbox and processing HR related documents
- Assisting with administering the full employee life cycle
- Ensuring accuracy in time and attendance processes
- Communicating with and assisting a varied staff
- Draft template job adverts for a variety of media and advertise the available vacancies and career opportunities both internally and externally.
- Proactively offer support to Line Managers with identifying recruitment needs and drafting Job Descriptions.
- Provide regular reports to promote a transparent overview of recruitment.
- Initiate the on-boarding process and develop the induction processes and employee welcome pack.
- Be responsible for ensuring probation and annual appraisal reviews are completed promptly.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR related processes.
- Support the HR team as required with general HR and employee relations matters.

**Minimum Qualification Requirements**:

- CIPD Level 3 would be desirable but is not essential

**Required Experience**
- You must have previous recruitment experience in an inhouse or external agency
- Previous administration experience in a busy environment working to tight deadlines
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs and a good level of IT proficiency
- Previous experience in HR and good understanding of HR processes would be desirable but is not essential.
