**About the role**
As HR Coordinator for Bestway you will be joining a team of dedicated professionals across the UK and Pakistan. This position is key to our success in supporting our Bestway colleagues with all queries HR and ensuring that a best in class service is offered each and every time.

**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting our Pakistan Shared Service Team with complicated HR queries
- Working alongside the Head of HR Operations to collate information and create reports
- Undertaking of compliance checks
- Create and distribute weekly/monthly reports to the business
- Assisting with Payroll as and when required

- Currently working in or have previous experience within an admin function preferably within HR / Payroll
- Great administration skills with a strong eye for detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- The ability to build relationships in a large complex multi site business
