**HR Coordinator, Fixed Term Contract 12 Months**
**Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire, Hybrid Working**

As a local HR Coordinator you will provide on the ground support to the HR Business Partners and HR Advisors, supporting operational tasks which cannot be dealt with by our global or regional hubs. Activities will range across the employee lifecycle from managing induction processes, monthly payroll, supporting parental leave requests and other absences, to supporting HR operations and the transition of some activities to our new shared service.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance to employees and managers on the self-serve HR portal.
- Monthly payroll support
- Provide 1st line support to HR Shared Services teams for market specific queries.
- Provide support for in market activities:

- Supporting onboarding processes
- Ad-hoc site activities for example timekeeping, employee engagement, medical checkups
- Absence management process
- Continuous improvement on HR processes
- Communicate HR policies, process, and procedures.
- Data audits, review actions ad changes to ensure data accuracy.

**You’ll succeed because **you’ve got previous experience within a HR administrative environment. Ideally you will have:

- Good knowledge and skills relating to HR administration.
- Understanding of End to End Payroll Processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and working with data management / reporting and databases.
- Experience of working with processes and delivering knowledge on policies and procedures.
- You can work at pace and deal with multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Has a customer experience mindset to deliver with excellence.
