**An opportunity has arisen to join the Finance and HR team as a Payroll Coordinator for 4 days a week (9am-4pm). FTE salary £29,600.**

As the Payroll Coordinator you will work as an integral part of the Business Support team taking full responsibility for the Weekly and Monthly payroll and associated HR administration using Sage 50 Payroll.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Monitor the time management system (Kronos TMS) to ensure colleagues time records accurately reflect time worked
- Support managers regarding accurate timesheet approval and resolution of any timesheet derived pay queries
- Maintain the TMS with any updates and provide reports to supervisors on their team’s annual leave and absence stats
- Administration of starters and leavers, data and documentation
- Sole practitioner of accurate weekly & monthly payroll for both hourly and salaried staff
- Associated administration and management of pay changes, sickness, statutory leave
- Administration of Pensions, Refer a Friend Scheme, First Aider Training payments, employee benefit schemes including but not limited to, the Cycle to Work Scheme and Medicash scheme.
- Associated updating and reporting HMRC tasks
- Supporting both Finance & HR with Internal reporting and analysis
- HR and General office administration support if required
- Understanding and adhering to Data Protection legislation with a commitment to maintaining sensitive personal data.

Ideally you will have obtained the relevant payroll qualifications or are working towards a payroll qualification. You will have relevant work experience with a proven track record in similar roles, and if your experience is within manufacturing that would also be beneficial.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £29,600.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 28 per week
