Job Title: Executive Payroll Coordinator

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our payroll team as an Executive Payroll Coordinator. As an Administrator at Azets, you will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of payrolls, undertake general administrative duties, and work collaboratively within the payroll hub.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the payroll team in the accurate and timely delivery of payrolls.
  2. Assist with the preparation and distribution of payslips, P60s, and other payroll-related documents.
  3. Provide technical support to clients, answering payroll-related enquiries and providing guidance on payroll processes.
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party providers.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with previous administrative experience, preferably within a payroll or finance environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.


Salary Information

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and professional development opportunities.
