Job Title: Payroll Coordinator

About the Role:

Elevation Accounting and Finance is seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to support a rapidly growing Energy Services company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, with at least 2 years of experience in calculating and balancing weekly and monthly payrolls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect timesheets from site-based employees on a regular basis
  • Calculate and balance payrolls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Produce payslips, P45s, and P60s for all employees
  • Conduct Auto Enrolment Pension Assessments for staff members
  • Create detailed costing reports for management review
  • Process BACS payments promptly and securely
  • Provide payroll-related support to line managers and staff members

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration

Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (annual salary)

Location: Wath upon Dearne (flexible/hybrid working options available)
