Purpose of role

To provide the business with effective HR support, and assist with administering payroll.

Duties

The duties of the role include:

- Send Employee HR correspondence including Welcome Letters, Holiday Entitlement, probation reviews, variation to contract, letters of concern, dismissals, acceptance of resignations, unauthorised absences, Invite to Disciplinaries and Outcome Letters.
- Manage Docusign documents investigating any I.D / Right to Work / Banking concerns prior to adding to Eco Brite systems
- Set up new starters on Eco Brite Systems following receiving completed Docusign documents
- To monitor absenteeism and liaise any concerns to Employee Engagement
- To monitor UAttend System and ensure employees are set up and logging in and out correctly
- To authorise annual leave on Uattend, monitoring staff holidays and entitlement
- Calculate holiday entitlement
- Input uattend data onto Payroll system weekly
- Manage Wagestream, inviting new employees to join and updating information weekly
- Conduct Welfare Meetings
- Conduct Disciplinary/ Employment Review meetings than may lead to dismissal
- Report absences to Operations Manager and Employee Engagement
- Maintaining HR policies, and ensuring company is up to date with latest Employment Law guidelines
- Liaise with Avensure for advice regarding employee conduct/ disciplinaries.
- Attend ACAS/ Avensure training as and when required
- Attend Management Meetings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
