About the Role

As a Driver Development Specialist, you will embark on a rewarding journey, equipped with your own route, van, and customers. You will be trained to become an exceptional driver, with comprehensive training programs designed to transform you into a superstar driver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient parcel delivery
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with the DPD team to achieve business objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be aged 18+ and have held a full clean driving licence for 12 months or more. You should also demonstrate the following skills and qualities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
  • Physical ability to lift, load, and carry parcels
