About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited as an HR Project Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Organisational Transformation Project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Transformation Projects: Collaborate with our Workforce Transformation Project Team to implement new HR and LMS systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to our operations.
- Develop and Implement HR Platforms: Work closely with our HR teams to design, develop, and maximize the use of new HR platforms, enhancing our employee experience and driving business efficiency.
- Competency Framework Development: Assist in the creation of competency frameworks, capturing relevant information and inputting it into our Dynamics and LMS systems to support informed decision-making.
- HR System Data Management: Collaborate with HR teams and other services to gather key information regarding job-specific requirements for every role, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data in our HR systems.
- Process Improvement: Analyze information, highlighting potential issues and making evidence-based decisions to support the redesign of key processes and improve our overall efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with other teams, services, and key stakeholders to gather and coordinate information, ensuring effective communication and minimizing disruption to our operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide a range of management information using various tools to support the project, as appropriate.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 A-levels, NVQ 4, HND or Diploma (or equivalent experience)
- ICT Foundation Qualification (or equivalent experience)
- CIPD is preferable but not essential
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Understanding of HR Systems and HR Data across a range of processes from recruitment, learning, people data
- Able to quickly learn, navigate, and understand a variety of new systems with different functionality and be able to provide guidance to people with varying levels of expertise
- Commitment and experience of best practice EDI initiatives and procedures relating to data protection
- Experience of recording, processing, and manipulating large amounts of data
- Accuracy and attention to detail
