Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Onboarding Admin to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our firm's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Monitoring: Regularly review and assess our firm's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, identifying any gaps or areas for improvement.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with our legal and management teams to develop and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for employees on compliance-related matters, keeping staff informed about changes in regulations and guiding ethical conduct.
  • Risk Assessment: Assist in risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks, proposing mitigation strategies and monitoring their implementation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records related to compliance activities, including documentation of training sessions, policy updates, and risk assessments.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular compliance reports for senior management and relevant authorities, highlighting any non-compliance issues and recommending corrective actions.
  • Investigations: Participate in internal investigations related to compliance violations or breaches, collaborating with our legal and HR teams as needed.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate third-party vendors and contractors for compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in compliance, legal, or risk management roles.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
