About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Reporting Specialist to join our team at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As a key member of our Risk Reporting team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our risk reporting framework and ensuring compliance with the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) 239 standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the advancement of BCBS 239 principles and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with senior management, risk management, IT, finance, and other stakeholders to maintain a cohesive approach to BCBS 239 compliance.
  • Maintain and enhance quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of risk reports.
  • Document and understand data lineage to enhance the integrity and traceability of risk data.
  • Develop and refine frameworks for risk data aggregation, risk reporting, and BCBS 239 compliance.
  • Act as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies and prepare reports and updates as required.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on BCBS 239 principles and compliance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits related to BCBS 239 compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in risk reporting, risk management, or regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on BCBS 239 principles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and programs.
  • Strong understanding of risk data aggregation, data lineage, and risk reporting processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
