At Dover Corporation, we're seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Account Manager to join our team in the North of England region. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, sales, and customer development within an industrial B2B environment. You'll be expected to establish strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and create a clear business plan to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Account management and development within a defined territory to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Establishing professional relationships with existing customers and prospect accounts, leading meetings and negotiations to pursue business opportunities.
  • Creating a clear business plan for the territory with smart goals set and achieved.
  • Implementing company procedures, business rules, and tools.
