Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Account Manager to join our team in the North of England region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the North of England region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers, leveraging your consultative sales skills to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product development teams, to stay informed about new products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
