Sales and Account Management Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. This role presents an excellent opportunity to develop your career in commercial FMCG sales, working with a range of fantastic brands in cards and gifts.
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a defined territory covering the Yorkshire area, with a well-established existing account base of Independent and Convenience stores, as well as some specialist retailers. You will also be expected to develop new business opportunities and work closely with our existing accounts to develop relationships and drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will be a livewire who enjoys working with customers face-to-face, able to sell and achieve sales targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be highly personable, with a real vigour for life and work, and be able to tune in to the needs of our retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a defined territory, including existing accounts and new business development
- Develop relationships with retailers and drive sales growth
- Work closely with our existing accounts to understand their needs and develop mutually beneficial growth plans
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Operate remotely to targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and customer development

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
