Service Delivery Manager

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our operators, ensuring the efficient management of our equipment and grounds. This role requires a high level of administrative expertise, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Asset Administration: Oversee the management of OUTCO's assets, ensuring they are properly maintained and utilized.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage the daily activities of our operators, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Office Management: Maintain a high level of administrative efficiency, ensuring all office tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Communication and Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for our operators, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, operator performance, and other relevant data.
- Health and Safety: Identify and report any health and safety concerns, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Problem Resolution: Provide timely and effective resolution to any operational issues that may arise.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in all Microsoft package applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Time Management and Organization: Possess strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-Motivation and Initiative: Be a self-motivated individual with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Professionalism and Integrity: Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong commitment to ethical behavior.
