About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of a high-quality digital support service.

Main Responsibilities

As the Digital Service Delivery Manager, you will provide advanced support to all aspects of work relating to the delivery of a high-quality digital support service. This will include ensuring and maintaining robust processes and procedures within the following areas: Service Desk, Systems Support, Data Quality, System Configuration, Release Management.

You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve common objectives and deliver high-quality services. Your experience of leading clinical safety investigations and contributing to clinical safety assessment reviews within the remit of digital systems will be essential in this role.

Requirements

  • Experience of leading clinical safety investigations and contributing to clinical safety assessment reviews within the remit of digital systems
  • Experience of leading and managing multiple teams to deliver business and clinical critical digital systems
  • Significant experience of working at a senior manager level in the NHS, with hands-on delivery and management of complex systems
  • Significant demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects/priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Specialist knowledge and experience of how systems can support colleagues in the treatment/care of patients/clients
  • Experience of working in a change environment with multiple stakeholders and suppliers to secure engagement to deliver change
  • Experience of writing complex reports and undertaking assurance activities in line with best practice
