About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of a high-quality digital support service, ensuring robust processes and procedures are in place.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced support to all aspects of work relating to the delivery of a high-quality digital support service.
  • Manage multiple critical and non-clinical systems, ensuring seamless delivery and maintenance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to achieve common objectives and deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Contribute to clinical safety investigations and assessment reviews, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Requirements

  • Education to degree level, or equivalent experience in providing digital support services.
  • IT Service qualification ITIL.
  • Experience of leading clinical safety investigations and contributing to clinical safety assessment reviews.
  • Significant experience of managing multiple teams and delivering business and clinical critical digital systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyse, interpret, and resolve issues.
  • High level of interpersonal, verbal, listening, and written skills.
