Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at OUTCO. As a key member of our Winter Maintenance Division, you will be responsible for managing our equipment, grounds, and daily activities of our operators.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the administration of OUTCO assets, ensuring they are properly maintained and utilized.
  2. Ensure daily jobs are completed efficiently and effectively.
  3. Manage the office, providing administrative support and maintaining a high level of organization.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for our operators, providing guidance and support as needed.
  5. Manage correspondence and communications, including phone calls, post, and emails.
  6. Oversee the maintenance of equipment and its relevant records, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  7. Report any accidents, near misses, or health and safety concerns.
  8. Be the first point of contact for escalations and problem resolution.
Person Specification
  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft package applications.
  3. Punctual and sets a good example.
  4. Self-starter, reliable, keen to learn, and enthusiastic.
  5. Professional, fair manager, respectful of others, and honest.
  6. Able to remain calm in busy situations.
  7. Proven ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
